On the road from a long trip and had a rear tire problem that needed replacing. The service department was quick to help get us back on the road again with a tire replacement. Best dealership , I had went to other dealerships looking at bikes and felt like they were just hard to work with and left them frustrated , so on my way home from a dealership over 2 hrs. away , I decided to swing by Honda of Russellville and see what they had to offer. After I got there I talked to Roger about the situation of what I was looking for and he showed me the Honda cb650r and I knew that's what I wanted so I left and returned the next weekend after I done some research on the cb650r and heard all good things. I made a phone call the next Saturday and let Roger know i wanted to come test ride the cb650r and i was there within 30 mins. It was waiting and ready to ride when i got there . After riding for about 10 mins i knew this was the bike i was looking for. Roger and Mark made my buying experience so good even though they was really busy they helped push the buying experience and had there mechanic come out and adjust the clutch to my liking and double check everything on the bike and fluids while I was waiting on my paperwork. I bought my first four wheeler from them when I was 13 yrs. old and just turned 39 and have bought so many toys over the years I couldn't count them all. These guys always go above and beyond to try to make my experience good. I got my eye on a second bike too, lol, see you soon Roger.

I am 69 years young and in mid June of this year I went to a Honda Dealer in Springfield MO and had the WORST experience and treatment of any dealer ever so then I went on the internet looking for another Honda Dealer and found HondaofRussleeville and took a chance and drove the over 2 hour drive and I was surprised beyond any expectations! Not only did I find the perfect bike but the Staff at Honda of Russellvile was amazing and especially Earl who was the best salesman I have ever come across and I have dealt with many many over the years. I bought a 2006 Honda VTX 1300 and this bike has extreme POWER and the most comfortable seat ever and I say that because a few weeks ago I rode this bike to the East Coast and back......2,000 miles in 4 days.....GREAT Trip, Great Bike and the BEST Motorcycle Dealer I have EVER Dealt with!

Just wanted to say thanks for the good service. I was several miles north of Russellville riding my Yamaha FJR1300 on a multi-day bike trip and had a flat tire. I was able to plug it good enough to get back to the dealership. I was familiar with this dealer, as I had stopped there and looked at bikes on previous trips.
They sold me a tire, without price gouging an out-of-towner, installed it and had back on the road in a short time.
They have some good prices on their bikes as well.

My husband has wanted a motorcycle for the last 10 years. I'm terrified of them and had no desire to own one. We stopped by the store and we were looking at the used bikes; Earl came out and answered all my husbands questions. He was gracious, friendly, honest, knowledgeable and sincere. He knew I was terrified and his demeanor was comforting. He talked to both of us the same way, not condescending because I wasn't an iron clad rider. It just made the experience comfortable. We ended up purchasing a 2007 Goldwing and I have to admit, now I ask my husband to go on rides instead of the other way around. I'm conquering my fears but my husband had a great idea and we bought a great bike from a great man at a great company!

We took our tike here for a much needed repair. We rode it to PRUDOE Bay which was not good for our trike, it needed repairs. We live in S.E. MO. but this is the only place we would bring it. 330 miles means it will be done right. A great bunch of guys in the service department . Terry was great and the tech Steve was great. If I need repairs in the future it will be here even if I have to drive 330 miles.

Driving all the way from Texas to your dealership was worth every penny. We saved enough in price to pay for round trip expenses and our trike had so many extras which would not have been free or even available in all the dealerships we shopped. Out standing dealership! Purchased new 2014 Valkyrie (blue) on Sept 05. Looked for four months for color and best price in the DFW area no deals there. Contacted Leroy at Russellville had color and best price. Drove from Texas (6 hrs). Also purchased accessories that were shipped to my residence. Had a little problem on getting all the accessories that was purchased. Contacted Roger (general manager). All problems taken care fast. This was my second motorcycle purchased from Russellville Honda! Will not be my last.

Incredible experience !!! Was very hesitant about making such a significant purchase sight unseen and over a thousand miles away. I did most everything from the internet to purchase my 2008 Goldwing. Drove my 02 Honda ACE in and traded it with some boot for the GW and financing. Smooth transaction, Earl my salesman was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile with some extra goodies for me when the GW's battery turned up dead, and while we waited for itt o charge. Learmed a LOT from Earl and will soon get started reading the Owners Manual which we discovered on the bike! Hospitality was great and the ride home a real sweet one! Everyone that has seen the GW is all gaa gaa over it! Some cannot believe it is 4 years old! I had hunted for a couple of years for a pearl white GW but was always looking at 2005s or 2006s, but when I saw this GW on their website, it was just what I wanted. My mom's 51 Chrysler Windsor was this dark red/maroon color and it is one of my favs! Thanks again, Earl and Melanie for the great service and hot coffee! HA HA

jonathan davis is a man of his word, and cares more about customer satisfaction that a couple of dollars. i somehow received the wrong cover for my 2004 honda aquatrax...and threw out the box when it arrived. jonathan told me to ship it back to him and he'd send me the correct cover. he not only paid the difference in the cost, he paid the shipping. this is service we are not used to here in new jersey. i'd travel all the way to arkansas if i ever needed any honda product. thank you jonathan!!!!

I was looking at upgrading from 2003 Goldwing and had spoken with several dealers before finding Honda of Russellville online. From the first telephone call the experience was awesome. My salesman, Earl immediately made me feel like I was an important customer. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and was never bothered by my constant calls asking about prices on additional accessories that I wanted. Upon arriving at their store, while doing the necessary mound of paperwork, Earl switched stuff over from my old bike to my new bike. Then Earl, although the store was short handed took what I would consider more than ample time to go over everything with me. Even after the sale and I was gone, Earl contacted me to see that I made it back home safely and to see how the bike did. This is a dealership that makes you feel like part of the family. In looking for a Valkyrie for the past two years, I came upon this bike on the internet located at Honda of Russellville. I contacted the store, the receptionist was very polite and directed me to the sales rep. Over the phone, I could tell that he was very knowledgeable about the bike and he could tell that I was from out of state but very interested in the Valkyrie. He was very professional and provided answers to all of my questions since I was going to purchase it sight unseen. The sales rep walked me through the process and gave me the confidence that I was making the right decision to buy the bike and ship it over 500 miles to my home. After a couple hours and a few phone calls, the deal was sealed. He provided me with the names of a couple carriers that he had dealt with prior. After identifying which carrier to use, they lived up to the Honda expectation and delivered it within the committed time frame, in perfect condition!!! Overall, I was very pleased with the buying experience and would not hesitate to work with Rick Jean and Honda of Russellville again for a future purchase.

Once again I had a great experiance with my Honda Team!!! While the salesman that I originally knew was no longer there,I was introduced to a new salesman and he was great!! While I had not been to the dealership in a couple of years, the parts manager was still there and actually remembered my purchase of a Shadow Aero!! I purchased a CRF150 dirtbike and couldn't be happier. I purchased new grips for my cruiser and a new jet kit for the 150 for added power and torc....awesome!!! I have been looking at Honda Interceptor VFR800 for a year comparing prices. Found Jonathan's Ebay ad for a 2007 model with 0 miles and it was selling for $3,000.00 less than I could buy it for in Wichita, KS for exactly the same model. I did alot of background research of the dealer and bought the bike. While on the road to the dealer ( 7 hour trip ) Jonathan called me to check on how the trip was going and told me they had everything ready for me. What an unbelievable store, they have everything from kids corner (which my kids enjoyed) to coffee shop. Once I got there the bike was all ready and topped off with fuel. I almost made the mistake 1 month ago buying a 2007 used Honda with 15,000 miles for $1,000.00 more than this one. I definately recommend anyone buying a new Honda to contact Honda of Russellville for a price. It was definatley worth the road trip to go down there. I'll be back when its time for a new one.

Sunrise Honda had been jerkin us around for over a month about a part for our 2008 Honda Rancher. They told us they couldn't get it in and that they would have our four-wheeler for another month to two months. They laughed at us when we asked for the exact part number so we could look for it.. My wife and I were recently returning home from a 4200 mile trip out west and my 2001 GL1800 broke down in Russellville I got to the dealership at about 8:30 am which was before opening time but you were having your open house that day and you employees were already there preparing for the day. My first contact was Alan Thomas I told him my problem and he assured me he would help me anyway he could. He said as soon as his technician Steve Scoggins would be in at 9:00 and he would check it out. I later found out that Steve has 20 years experience working on Goldwings and I promise you he is "THE MAN" you want to work on your bike when your in need. He is one of the most knowlagable and nicest people you will ever meet. He explained my trouble to me and gave me an estmate of repair costs whiich was half of what it could have been because he had a rear differential take off from a trike conversion that he would sell me the parts i needed at a reduced price. He didnt have to do this he could have just stuck me for a bill at twice the price because i was broken down and didnt have any choice but he gave me one. This just shows the quality of this dealership. I was at your dealership for 6 hours having my bike repaired and my whole experience was 5 start rated. Everybody in the dealership treated us like a king. I hope you will put this letter in your testomonials so everyone can see it. The whole staff at Honda of Russellville are the best in the business. This was after weeks of working with Jonathan Davis on the phone, and online. He was responsive, professional, helpful and easy to work with. I had several accessories that I wanted to look into, he gave me direct responses - he was not pushy - he made suggestions when I asked for his input - and his responses were truthful. Most importantly, I was not misled with respect to the numbers and the costs and there were no hidden fees. On the day I picked up my bike, I was super impressed with your store, I never saw so many vehicles. Had I gone "window shopping" rather than cutting my deal in advance, I'm quite sure I would have found more than several vehicles that I would have been happy to drive home. I looked around for a couple of weeks and could not beat the price on a 2008 CBR1000. I flew in to little rock and rode back to the dallas area on a saturday. These guys took care of everything for me. I'm a customer for life. Chris Howell and Amber were very professional and there were no excuses. And the bike is awesome. I would say that without a doubt that my Gold Wing purchase from Russellville Honda easily ranks as my number one purchasing experience. I would like to pay a special tribute to Jonathon Davis, the sales person who made it all come together. From my first inquiry on the phone, my many emails and phone calls were all answered promptly and professionally. I can usually get a pretty good read on people and this guy was the "real deal". On top of all of that, I got the lowest price I have seen yet on a Yellow 2009 base model Gold Wing!! I drove from St. Louis, Mo to pick up the bike and rode it back the next day with absolutely zero problems. Given my age, I'm not sure how many more years I will be blessed to ride but given this experience, I will buy from this dealer again and hopefully Johathon will have been promoted to Sales Manager. I have to admit I was also skeptical that the price of my new 2007 Honda 1800 VTX (touring)was $3400 cheaper than any dealership in the Kansas City, MO area. I dealt directly with Jonathan (Internet Sales Manager) and read every testimonial listed before making the 5 1/2 hour trip. Everyone was great and my bike was fueled and waiting with my name on it when I arrived. What a price and a great place to work with. Only wish they were closer to KC. But, I would make the trip again.

I was in the market for a new Goldwing here in my own town (Denton Tx) until I walked into the dealership which I deal at regularly on my other bike and I asked the salesman about the 09 Goldwings and he takes me over to the only two they had and says here they are and walks away. I traveled almost 1700 miles round trip from New Mexico down to Russellville Honda to buy my new 2009 Goldwing. I had dealt with 20 different Honda dealers before deciding on Russellville. At first mainly due to the price difference on the bike I wanted. I had lots of email as well as over the phone contact with my salesman prior to making this trip. These folks are true professionals in every way. They had my Wing ready for me and setting out front when I pulled into their dealership. I had a couple of minor concerns which were taken care of right away and to my liking. Paperwork was a breeze and only took about 5 minutes to do. I highly recommend this dealership, and all these folks to anyone looking for a great deal as well as a dealer who will treat you right. Would like to especially thank the mechanic (don't remember his name) who took care of the concerns which I had. He assured that they were corrected to my expendations. They even assured the bike was properly tied down on the trailer. It was never had a problem getting it back to New Mexico. Would I shop with these folks again? You Betcha!!! When I wanted to purchase a new Honda Gold Wing For my retirement to me, I spent about three months checking out prices, colors, options and accessories. I checked prices all over the nation. This is my 19th bike, a 08 Goldwing. I currently have a 06 Softail Harley, and I was in the market for a new touring bike. I have spent thousands at the Harley shop, (Last two bikes were Harleys)so I went in to look at a new Ultra Classic with a blank check in my pocket. After standing in the showroom for 20 minutes and being ignored,(one other customer in the store) my wife said,"we don't have to put up with this kind of attitude." We left and drove to Russellville Honda to look at Wings. We were met at the door by Earl Kirtley. I bought a new Wing within 30 minutes of shopping. It was such a refreshing experience dealing with Earl,(a guy who loves what he does) and everyone at Russellville Honda. I never felt any pressure or uneasyness at any time, unlike the feeling I had at the Harley shop. They thought they were doing me some favor selling me a Harley. After riding my Wing and looking back on the whole experience of buying my new bike, I can see why riders are trading in their Harleys for Goldwings. I would recommend this entire dealership to anyone shopping for a new bike anywhere in the USA. You will not find a better place to shop. A class act motorcycle shop! I am the world's biggest VTX fan! I have owned four, two of which I customized.My recent purchase at Honda of Russellville is my 5th VTX! We went to local Honda dealers in Northwest Arkansas, but all we did for an hour at each dealer was plead for the best deal.All we heard was,"we'll work on the price and accessories later". I never saw a figure below MSRP. I got online with Honda of Russellville and found a NEW 2006 for thousands less than MSRP! Our salesman, Earl, was incredible! Even when we had an unfortunate and untimely death in our family that forced us to pick the bike up earlier than planned, the staff of the parts, sales, finance and service departments ramped up in a hurry and our bike was ready! I got the bike I wanted, the price I wanted, the accessories I wanted and the service I expect when making a large purchase.I highly recommend checking them out for any power sport purchase.
